Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a method and a device for preparing a personalized composition.
Technical background
If the cosmetic compositions have now acquired a recognized effectiveness in terms of prevention and repair of skin aging, their effectiveness is still limited by their low level of personalization. Indeed, each individual has different cosmetic needs, to which it is not possible to respond adequately with the aid of cosmetic compositions produced in an industrial or semi-industrial manner, so much should be provided with precision all the appropriate formulations beforehand and the possible combinations are diverse.
In order to overcome this limitation, it has therefore been proposed to prepare custom cosmetic compositions, or custom-made, on the basis of a diagnosis of the cosmetic needs of an individual.
Thus, the company IOMA distributes a device named IOMA Factory ™ allowing the extemporaneous preparation of a personalized cosmetic composition intended for an individual. The formulation of the composition is chosen from 40 257 possible formulations depending on the individual's cosmetic needs, themselves determined using fifty or so skin analysis sensors. The composition is then prepared in an automated manner using miniaturized engines, by mixing, in variable quantities, according to the defined formulation, the contents of eight syringes containing cosmetic active principles. A 50 ml flask containing the cosmetic composition is then delivered to the individual.
However, the personalization of the cosmetic compositions obtained according to this process is imperfect. Indeed, the cosmetic needs of an individual are variable in time, whether at the scale of the week or day, for example at sunrise and sunset. However, the amounts of cosmetic composition delivered according to the method described above are intended for use over several weeks. Moreover, it is inconceivable to implement the method described above daily or twice daily for an individual because it would require frequent and tedious movements in the shops where these devices are installed. Indeed, because of their size and cost, particularly due to the sophisticated means of diagnosis of the cosmetic needs of the individual they understand, these devices can hardly find their place in the home of individuals and are not suitable for a nomadic use. It is therefore an object of the present invention to overcome these disadvantages. Summary of the invention
To do this, the present inventors propose to prepare the cosmetic composition extemporaneously and to determine the cosmetic needs of an individual from data related to the environment of the individual. In fact, unexpectedly, the use of these data makes it possible to determine the individual's cosmetic needs in exactly the same way as with the methods of the state of the art, while reducing the amount of physical data or physiological requirements of the individual required by these methods.
Furthermore, the invention may also find application in the fields of the preparation of pharmaceutical or nutritional compositions personalized.
Thus, the present invention relates to a process for the extemporaneous preparation of a personalized pharmaceutical, nutritional or cosmetic composition intended for an individual, comprising: determining the pharmaceutical, nutritional or cosmetic needs of the individual from data relating to the individual, at least a portion of the data having preferably been acquired using a device carried by the individual; - the definition of a cosmetic formulation adapted to the cosmetic needs of the individual defined in the previous step; the preparation by an automated device of a cosmetic composition according to the formulation defined in the preceding step.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least a portion of the data related to the individual are data related to the environment of the individual.
The present invention also relates to an automated device for preparing a personalized cosmetic composition intended for an individual adapted to the implementation of a method according to the invention.

Detailed description of the invention
Preferably, according to the invention, at least part of the data related to the environment of the individual is acquired directly by the automated device, that is to say without intervention of the individual.
Preferably, the data related to the environment of the individual are selected from the group consisting of the geographical location of the individual, the level of exposure to the sun of the individual or the ultraviolet index (UV ) to which the individual, the temperature to which the person is or has been subjected, the degree of humidity, or the hygrometry to which the person is or has been subjected, is subjected to the level of pollution atmospheric to which the individual is or has been subjected, of the quality, in particular of the hardness, of the water put in contact with the skin of the individual, of the atmospheric pressure to which the individual is or has been subjected, and the wind speed to which the individual is or has been subjected.
This data can be acquired by a geolocation system, such as an accelerometer or a geolocation sensor, for example a GPS, Galileo or Glonass chip, or using suitable sensors, such as a UV radiation sensor, a thermometer, a humidity or hygrometer sensor, a pollution sensor, a quality measuring device, particularly the hardness of the water, or a barometer worn by the individual, in particular included in a smartphone (ordiphone), glasses, a jacket, a hat, shoes, or a watch, or included in the automated device for preparing a cosmetic composition according to the invention. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the data related to the environment of the individual are obtained from meteorological data past, current or forecast corresponding to the geographical location of the individual.

The data related to the individual may be stored on a server separate from the automated device for preparing the cosmetic composition according to the invention and / or on the automated device for preparing the cosmetic composition according to the invention.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the definition of the formulation also take into account data related to other individuals implementing the preparation process.
Also preferably, the definition of the formulation takes into account the frequency and / or the time of preparation of the cosmetic composition according to the invention. The frequency of preparation of the composition may especially be daily or twice daily. In a particularly preferred manner, a first cosmetic composition according to the invention may in particular be prepared for morning application, at sunrise, and then a second cosmetic composition according to the invention may be prepared at the end of the day, at bedtime.
In one embodiment of the invention, a cosmetic composition according to the unique invention is prepared for an application. In another embodiment of the invention, several cosmetic compositions according to the invention are prepared for an application.
The cosmetic composition according to the invention may be intended or adapted for application to any part of the body of the individual, for example the hair, the face, the neck, the hands, the elbows, the arms, the bust , breasts, belly, buttocks, thighs or feet. As used herein, a "cosmetic base" is a composition generally not cosmetically active by itself which can accommodate one or more cosmetic active ingredients and allow or facilitate their administration. It may especially be solutions, gels, foams or emulsions. The cosmetic bases according to the invention may in particular comprise at least one agent selected from the group consisting of an absorbing agent, an anti-caking agent, an antifoam agent, an antioxidant, a binder, an agent buffering agent, a blowing agent, a chelating agent, a cosmetic dye, an emulsifying agent, an emulsion stabilizer, a film-forming agent, a foaming agent, a foam synergist of a gelling agent, a humectant, a hydrotrope, a masking agent, an opacifying agent, an oxidizing agent, a pearlescent agent, a plasticizer, preservative, reducing agent, solvent, stabilizer, surfactant, UV absorber and viscosity control agent. Furthermore, a cosmetic base according to the invention may also contain at least one perfuming or aromatic agent.
As used herein, a cosmetic active ingredient refers to a cosmetically active agent. Preferably, the cosmetic active ingredient according to the invention is selected from the group consisting of an antimicrobial agent, an antiperspirant agent, an antiseborrhoeic agent, an astringent agent, a bleaching agent, a cleaning agent, a deodorant agent, an emollient agent, a keratolytic agent, a moisturizing agent, a lipid restorative, a cooling agent, a maintenance agent, skin, a skin protection agent, a smoothing agent, a soothing agent, a tanning agent, a toner, and a UV filter.
The agents of the cosmetic base and of the cosmetic active ingredient mentioned above are well known to those skilled in the art and have in particular the meaning given in the inventory of cosmetic ingredients of the annex to the amended Decision 96/335 / EC. by the decision of the European Commission 2006/257 / CE of 9 February 2006.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cosmetic composition according to the invention does not comprise a preservative or stabilizing agent.
Preferably, the definition of a cosmetic formulation adapted to the cosmetic needs of the individual is implemented by a computer, which may be part of or distinct from the automated device for preparing the cosmetic composition. In the latter case, the automated device for preparing a cosmetic composition according to the invention then comprises means of downloading and computer storage of the cosmetic formulation.
The cosmetic requirements and the cosmetic formulation can in particular be defined on the basis of a computerized table or an algorithm, in particular of the quantum type, associating data values with values of quantities of cosmetic active principles and possibly of cosmetic base to be included. in the cosmetic composition. Description of preferred embodiments of the process of the invention
According to a first embodiment of the invention, the method according to the invention is implemented at the raising of the individual.
